Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As Finance Analyst, you'll be a key member of our Client Account team, supporting financial operations for a major client account. Working with the Client Account Finance Manager, you'll own critical functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and client invoicing while ensuring financial integrity across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly financial recording across client and JLL systems (JDE)
• Manage end-to-end client invoicing and supporting documentation
• Oversee project budgets, costs, and performance tracking in integrated IT systems
• Act as financial liaison for the client, building strong partnerships and responding to queries
• Coordinate with stakeholders on financial status and provide expert guidance to Facilities Managers
• Support development of reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial policies

What You'll Bring

• 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong accounting background
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Macros) plus experience with People Soft or JDE E1
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated team player who thrives under deadlines with a commitment to continuous learning
