What this job involves:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and BMS systems
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building services equipment
• Respond promptly to system faults or emergencies, coordinating with contractors or internal teams as needed
• Maintain accurate technical records, logbooks, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with tenants, facility managers, and external service providers to address engineering needs
• Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and operational policies

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• Diploma or degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in building operations or facilities engineering, preferable in commercial, date center, or high-tech environments
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and building automation systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
