What this job involves:

As a Senior Specialist, Design at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our sales organization connects with clients and colleagues through compelling visual storytelling. This position sits at the intersection of design excellence and strategic communication, where you'll partner directly with sales leaders across our client value group to develop materials that bring our brand to life—from executive presentations and business reviews to sales collateral and reporting dashboards. You'll ensure every design element conveys our messaging with clarity, consistency, and impact across the organization. Beyond pure design work, you'll collaborate with a talented team of specialists to integrate communications into broader change management initiatives, whether that involves new business processes, technology implementations, or organizational transformations. This role demands both creative vision and strategic thinking, as you'll serve as a trusted resource to sales teams while developing a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Partner with sales leaders to identify their communication needs and translate business objectives into visually compelling presentations, reports, and sales materials that maintain brand consistency
• Design executive-level materials that distill complex business strategies into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse global audiences
• Collaborate with change management and project teams to develop integrated communication strategies that support organizational transitions and drive desired outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating conversations to understand business needs and gather feedback on design initiatives
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing demands while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Serve as an informational resource and design consultant for sales team members, providing guidance on ongoing activities and best practices
• Work with specialists across functions to ensure all design and communications activities align with broader business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Contribute to the evolution of our design standards and creative processes, identifying opportunities to strengthen our visual storytelling capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, communications, or related creative fields
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly In Design) and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to design materials that communicate complex business concepts to broad, global audiences with clarity and impact
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading capabilities
• Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in evolving business environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field
• Experience supporting sales organizations or developing client-facing materials in a corporate or professional services environment
• Background in change management communications or experience integrating design work into organizational transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with presentation design best practices and data visualization techniques
• Experience learning and adapting to proprietary platforms and emerging design technologies
