Assistant Construction Manager (시공관리 스태프) 사원급Design & Build Team within Project and Development Services, Korea담당업무는 시공관리 매니저를 도와, 아래와 같은 목표 업무들이 현장에서 순조롭게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 것을 주 목적으로 합니다. 현장여건에 따라 야간 작업 및 주말 작업이 포함될 수 있습니다.실행 관리를 위한 지원

• 진행중인 현장에 성공적인 결과를 위해 현장 소장 및 공사과장의 업무지원

• 사이트별 시설팀과의 원활한 소통 및 유관 서류 업무

• 정기적 공사 일보, 안전 관리 및 목표 실행 현황 확인 및 보고

• 현장 직원 전도금 사용 및 T&E (일반비용지출) 지침 안내 숙지 및 실행

• 공사 완료를 위해 현장소장의 지휘에 따라 지원 및 업무 진행

협력업체 및 Cost 관리

• 각종 품의서상신 및 실행관리를 위한 서류 업무 지원

• 프로젝트 종료 후 발생되는 추가 및 as 업무 지원

JLL 플랫폼 숙지 및 내부 규정 준수

• JLL 프로그램 사용 준수 및 JLL 규정에 따른 데이터 관리

• JLL 윤리규정 교육 이수 및 준수

• JLL 안전 방침에 따라 해당 현장의 안전지침 준수 및 관리

지원 자격은

• 1~2 년의 관련 시공 및 시공 관리 경험 소유자 우대

• D&B 프로젝트 전반에 걸친 과정에 대해 폭넓은 이해과 지식을 소유하신 분

• 프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자 선호

• 강력한 직업 윤리를 가지고, 관리/지시없이 독자적으로 업무수행이 가능한 전문가.

• 빠르게 진행되는 프로젝트 일정내 멀티테스킹을 통한 효율적인 업무수행 가능자.

• 장애물과 리스크에 대한 적극적인 대처로 성공적인 프로젝트를 이끌어갈수 있는 긍정적인 마인드의 소유자
