What this job involves:

Drive exceptional leasing performance for premium Build to Rent residential properties through strategic pricing, exceptional customer service, and data-driven yield optimisation. Lead the resident services team to achieve above-market rental rates whilst maintaining high occupancy levels and resident satisfaction in this process.

A snapshot of the role:

• Develop & implement leasing strategy to mobilize 443 apartments.

• Execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximise rental income through market analysis and demand forecasting.

• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitive positioning whilst achieving premium rates.

• Analyse resident demographics and preferences to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

• Optimise lease terms, incentives, and concession structures to maximise long-term revenue.

• Oversee the entire leasing journey from initial enquiry through lease execution and resident onboarding.

• Ensure all lease documentation complies with residential tenancy legislation and company policies.

• Conduct regular competitive market analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies are inline with the market conditions for external stakeholders.

• Liaise with the Resident Services Team to Implement retention strategies to minimise turnover and associated vacancy costs.

• Liaise with the Finance Manager on the leasing budget including marketing expenses, team costs, and operational requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.

• A technical understanding of building construction trades, defects, maintenance, and tender service contracts

• Previous experience within leasing role will be ideal

• Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology
