Praktikant (m/w/d) – Value & Risk Advisory

Das erwartet Dich

• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Einzel- und Portfolio-Bewertungen unter Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsstandards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA & Immo WertV) für verschiedene Immobilienarten wie Wohn-, Büro-, Logistik-, Einzelhandels- und Betreiberimmobilien

• Unterstützung bei Portfolio-Analysen und Bewertungen im Zusammenhang mit An- und Verkaufsprozessen sowie für Financial Reporting und Finanzierungszwecke

• Durchführung von Markt- und Standortanalysen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Wertgutachten

• Teilnahme an Objektbesichtigungen zur praktischen Erfahrung

• Agieren in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur o.ä.

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Immobilienwirtschaft wünschenswert; engagierte Studierende sind herzlich zur Bewerbung eingeladen

• Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B)

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie Englischkenntnisse

• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, hohes Engagement, Motivation und Ambitionen

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Freude an der gemeinsamen Arbeit im Team und eine hohe Kundenorientierung

• Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die Immobilienwirtschaft
