The Pall P2P Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and processing end to end invoices processing efficiently and accurately. Your role is crucial in ensuring that invoices captured timely and company pays its invoices on time and maintains good relationships with vendors

This position reports to the Pall Invoice Processing Manager and is part of the Pall Global P2P team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Receive, validate and process invoices in Open Text, SAP system per KPI and within SLA
• Investigate and resolve all 3-way mismatch issue by utilizing workflow
• Engage with various functions, including local finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders in ensuring email query managed and responded within SLA. Develop strong communication and “Apply Insight” Core Behavior
• Lead or participate in improvement initiative throughout the year, by utilizing DBS tools to streamline processes and improve productivity and efficiency
• Provide training to team members as requested and offer guidance to junior team member.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate, Degree or Professional

Qualification in Accounting or Finance:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in P2P, specifically in Invoice Processing and solving of 3-way mismatch issues
• Proficient in operating knowledge of ERP systems – SAP
• Mandatory to speak, read and speak Japanese language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Payment process
• One Stream Reconciliation
