Our Revops group is committed to enhancing overall operational efficiency and the right infrastructure to support the Growth strategy. A key factor to achieve it is by keeping our CRM customer data accurate and up-to-date.

The JFrog Rev Ops team is looking for a driven and talented Data Quality Analyst for maintaining the integrity, quality and consistency of our data within the CRM system.

As a Data Operations Analyst at JFrog you will..

Data Entry and Maintenance:

• Oversee data entry processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM Account records that are related to JFrog Marketing, Sales and Finance.

• Utilize data enrichment tools and services to validate Account records

• Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, delete and update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM

• Manage queue of Data change request and Meet SLA guidelines

Data Quality Management:

• Conduct data audits cadence and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies

• Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, Rev Ops, Finance and IS) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas that are not aligned with the data governance and Policies

• Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and Track & monitor data integrity for newly launched Sales and Marketing Business Processes in the CRM

AI & Automation:

• Use AI tools to detect anomalies, duplicates, and data inconsistencies

• Leverage AI-driven features to drive insights and efficiencies to Customer facing teams

• Apply AI-assisted analysis to identify root causes of data quality issues recommend corrective actions of Business processes

To be a Data Operations Analyst at JFrog you need..

• 3+ years of experience in data management role, in a B2B Enterprise companies

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support data analysis Ability to validate and critically assess AI-generated outputs Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Sales Cloud of Salesforce CRM, including data entry, reporting, Objects

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal English.

Advantageous Expertise

• Familiarity with Data Enrichment Tools

• Familiarity in Lead-to-Cash funnel and Processes

Hands on experience with building AI agents and AI automations

Note: JFrog is located in Bangalore (Bellandur) and we follow a hybrid work model (3 days in office is mandatory).
