  • Manage highly technical cross-functional software programs, from inception to market release.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments and goals (OKRs).

  • Be a central player in developing the procedures, choosing the tools, and determining how to manage our programs.

  • Own the process by nurturing learning and knowledge sharing, and driving adoption throughout the organization.

To be a Program Manager at JFrog you need...

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and communication ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes

  • Proven execution skills driving product, R&D, and business GTM teams to GA, maintaining end-to-end visibility, issuing meeting notes, and ensuring regular, clear communication with stakeholders

  • Technical background, with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle – a must

  • Experience in leading large-scale planning processes and shaping R&D\Product\NPI processes – a must

  • Knowledge of OKR and stream-aligned team methodologies

  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support informed decision-making at the leadership level

  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
