【工作職責】

1. 參與真實世界研究相關專案（觀察性研究、問卷調研、系統性綜述及統合分析）；

2. 協助研究方案、統計分析計畫、研究報告及學術文章的撰寫；

3. 支援資料分析工作；

4. 進行案頭研究，包括文獻檢索及相關資訊收集。

【任職要求】

1. 國內外在讀碩士或博士生，2027 年畢業者優先考慮；

2. 具流行病學、生物統計學、臨床醫學、公共衛生、生命科學或相關專業背景者優先；

3. 具備良好的資料分析能力，熟悉 SAS、R、STATA 等統計軟體；

4. 具真實世界證據（Real-World Evidence）相關研究經驗者優先；

5. 中英文聽說讀寫流利；

6.能熟練使用 Office 軟體（Excel、PowerPoint 等）；

7. 每週至少工作 3 天，可全職工作者優先，並可持續實習至少 8 週。
