About the role

El delegado se responsabilizará de la información y promoción de los productos de la Compañía en su zona geográfica de influencia, mejorando la experiencia del cliente, identificando necesidades críticas, y proporcionando soluciones óptimas para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio. Buscamos a profesionales que deseen incorporarse a un equipo de alto rendimiento en búsqueda continua de la excelencia y el liderazgo.
Principales objetivos:

  • Identificar y priorizar adecuadamente oportunidades de negocio, demostrando buenas habilidades de análisis del territorio/cuenta/negocio.
  • Mantener una estrecha relación de colaboración con otros equipos de la Compañía para asegurarse que los planes que se elaboran sean consistentes, y puedan cubrir los objetivos del cliente y del negocio.
  • Implementar, evaluar y ajustar constantemente los planes establecidos para asegurarse que se cumplen los objetivos marcados, y demostrar compromiso para lograr los resultados.
