We are currently recruiting for a GMI Customer Engagement to engage proactively with clients regarding IQVIA Global Market Insights solutions, fostering strong and long-term relationships and contributing to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key day‑to‑day contact for assigned GMI clients, building deep knowledge of accounts, establishing and maintaining effective business relationships.
  • Maintain up to date client information and proactively share with the Sales team insights related to usage, satisfaction, and performance in order to identify risks and business opportunities.
  • Ensure clients perceive continuity, quality and professionalism throughout the relationship.
  • Support client adoption and correct usage of IQVIA deliverables to maximise value.
  • Liaise with internal experts to ensure fast, precise and reliable responses to complex queries.
  • Support the Sales team in preparing client meetings, proposals, presentations, demos and use cases.
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on usage patterns, gaps or unmet needs, preparing concise briefings with actionable insights.
  • Monitor milestones, timelines and service quality, coordinating with delivery and global teams where needed.
  • Anticipate and manage issues that could impact client satisfaction or the commercial relationship, keeping Sales team informed.
  • Manage key administrative activities such as BNF accuracy, PO requests, documentation and tracking of contractual milestones.
  • Monitor renewal and key contract dates, proactively alerting the Sales team.
  • Conduct service reviews and training for clients.
  • Position the value of GMI AI‑driven solutions according to each client’s needs and maturity, proactively identifying AI‑related business opportunities

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Prior exposure to life sciences markets is a plus.
  • Experience supporting sales processes, client meetings and commercial activities
  • Strong understanding of data‑driven solutions, analytics or information services in a customer engagement role
  • Problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills
  • Office Package knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral) and to manipulate large transactional databases
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, with proven ability to work with AI‑enabled solutions
  • Experience of success in working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, listens intently to customer needs and can create connections that shape new opportunities
  • Degree in Life Science, Business Management, Engineering or related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
