Your technical toolbox (must‑have, not superhero‑level):

• Project & reporting tools:

Jira, Smartsheet and/or MS Project, advanced Excel

• BI & dashboarding:

Power BI or similar, KPI logic, basic data modeling

• Tech & automation:

working knowledge or deep understanding of SQL, Python, APIs or low‑code tools (enough to speak fluent “developer” and challenge solutions when needed; insight in software development cycle and methodology)
