
Account Manager
About the role
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage and grow assigned client accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of IQVIA solutions

Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (GM, Department Heads, etc.)
-
Lead client discussions and presentations on business solutions and insights
-
Develop and deliver proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements
-
Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, data, operations) to ensure seamless solution delivery
-
Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients
-
Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
-
2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
(preferably at a specialist, supervisor or lead level) -
Experience in healthcare industry required; pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
-
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth

Exposure to contracting, proposal development, and deal negotiations Skills & Competencies

Strong business acumen with ability to handle high-level stakeholder discussions
-
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
