We are seeking an Associate Bio Services Study Lead to join IQVIA Laboratories in Ithaca, NY- hybrid.

As an Associate Bio Services Study Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to IQVIA scientific standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing scientific oversight on projects, including method development, validation, and sample analysis.
• Serving as Principal Investigator for GLP studies.
• Collaborating with Technical Writing and QA to ensure timely project completion.
• Reviewing validation and bioanalytical reports for completeness.
• Maintaining daily communication with customers and providing updates on active projects.
• Resolving sample discrepancies and monitoring project progress.
• Submitting accurate weekly assessments of resource requirements.
• Preparing validation and sample analysis plans.
• Reviewing data for regulatory compliance and scientific quality.
• Conducting thorough investigations of failed runs and organizing method troubleshooting.
• Coordinating and conducting customer visits.
• Working with business development staff to prepare quotes for customers.
• Approving validation experimental designs and preparing data for external presentations.
• Ensuring projects are archived according to Quintiles SOP.
• Complying with all applicable regulatory standards, including Good Clinical and Good Laboratory Practices.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field.
• 3 years of related experience in a GLP laboratory environment.
• Ability to achieve results through collaborative efforts.
• Understanding of liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometry or in vitro and immunoassay techniques.
• Experience in sample extraction and routine laboratory procedures.
• Understanding of method development and validation of assays.
• Ability to interact with external and internal clients and work to objectives/timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbally communicated procedures.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
