Role Purpose:

Bridges and codes data into IQVIA System systems.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.
• Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.
• Interprets written responses and enter into electronic coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems.
• Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.
• Develops an understanding of the technical knowledge needed to code and bridge data.
• Answers queries from less experienced colleagues.
• Perform functions as directed by the supervisor/team leader.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required; experience in data coding is a plus
• Knowledge of Philippines pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, to follow directions accurately and to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
• Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
• Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PC literacy skills including Word and Excel.
