Job Overview:

Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision in a team that is responsible for product design experience.
Problems faced are routine.

  • Essential Functions
  • Works directly with product teams to receive support requests
  • Triages requests, fixes small bugs & submits engineering tickets
  • Working knowledge of the support processes and working in a production environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Advanced English Req

  • Basic knowledge of Javascript frameworks Req

  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML Pref

  • 2-4 years Pref
