Job Advert: Mass Market Team Leader – Botswana Contracted through IQVIALocation: Botswana

A multinational Consumer Health company is seeking an experienced Mass Market Team Leader to oversee and drive commercial performance across Botswana. This role requires a strong background in FMCG and Mass Market operations, combined with proven leadership capability within a multinational organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a Mass Market sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Drive execution of sales strategies across key retail and wholesale channels.
  • Ensure strong in‑market visibility and availability of all product ranges.
  • Deliver accurate and timely management reports.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support Key Account Management activities.
  • Ensure effective use and maintenance of CRM systems for reporting, tracking, and territory management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Team Leader or Sales Management role within FMCG or Mass Market sectors.
  • Experience working in a multinational organisation is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the Botswana FMCG and Mass Market landscape.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel across regions as required.
