About the Role

A leading Consumer Healthcare company is seeking a results-driven Mass Market Representative with proven experience in the FMCG or retail pharmacy space. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong field execution skills, a passion for consumer health, and the ability to drive visibility and availability of products across mass market channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit channel-specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams
  • Deploy company Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets
  • Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities
  • Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a degree is an advantage
  • At least 3 years' experience in the FMCG environment
  • Fluency in English required for the recruitment process and recruitment documentation
  • Previous experience working in retail pharmacy is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must be a resident of the country in scope and legally able to work there
