PRÁCE PO TELEFONU – NEJEDNÁ SE O PRODEJ

Hledáme aktivní kolegy pro dlouhodobou spolupráci. Jsme IQVIA Technology Solutions s.r.o. mezinárodní společnost, dlouhodobě fungující na trhu v oblasti farmacie a zdravotnictví. Právě teď hledáme další kolegy pro dlouhodobou spolupráci.

Jsi čerstvě po škole, na mateřské dovolené nebo naopak již v důchodu a stále chceš být pracovně aktivní? Ovládáš práci s PC (Excel, Word, Outloouk, Teams)? Jsi schopen zavolat lékaři, lékárníkovi, či jinému zdravotnickému personálu? (kontakty ti poskytneme) Nechceš nic prodávat po telefonu? Chceš být součástí přátelského týmu? Ano?

Co budeš mít na starost?

• Denně telefonicky mluvit s lékaři a lékárníky dle připravených projektů
• Zaznamenávat výsledky hovoru do PC

Je potřeba

• Nebát se telefonovat
• Skvěle komunikovat v Českém nebo Slovenském jazyce
• Předchozí zkušenost s prací na telefonu (ideálně)
• Ovládat základy Excel, Word, Outlook (opravdu jen základ)
• Chuť pracovat v kanceláři, po zaučení částečně i z domova

WORK ON THE PHONE – NON-SALE POSITION

We are looking for active colleagues for long-term cooperation (part time contract). It is a NON-SALE POSITION. We are IQVIA Technology Solutions s.r.o. international company - one of world leader in using data, technology, advanced analytics, and expertise to help customers drive healthcare forward.

Have you graduated? On maternity leave or already retired and still want to be active at work? Do you know how to work with a PC (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)? Are you able to call a doctor, pharmacist, or other medical personnel? (we will provide you with the contacts) Don't want to sell anything over the phone? Do you want to be part of a friendly team? Yes?

What will be your responsibilities?

• Daily phone calls with doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects
• Record call results to PC

Recommended skills

• Don't be afraid to call
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre (ideally)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in the Czech or Slovak language
• Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
• Willingness to work in the office, after learning partly from home
