主要职责：

    1. 协助同事进行报告(excel 格式)的编辑、排序、整合, 并完成IQVIA 内部系统的编辑、标记
    2. 协助同事进行PDF 扫描发票的收集、排序、整合
    3. PDF 发票的打印、整理、标记、邮寄
    4. 协助部门在北京办 admin的工作包括但不限于会议协调、物资管理、文件管理，客户和市场宣传材料的准备等
    5. 帮忙完成团队交予的其他相关工作

任职要求：

    1. 在校生优先，大专及以上学历
    2. 每周至少3天onsite，可连续实习至少5个月
    3. 工作认真负责细心，态度积极
    4. 学习能力强，能快速掌握要求，完成交予的任务
    5. 有较强的office软件使用技能，熟练运用excel, pdf, word等办公软件
6. 有一定的沟通能力，邮件书写技能，能看懂英文邮件
