Team Leadership
The Clinical Lead provides leadership of the clinical team, in support of the project leader, and in collaboration with the other functional teams, to achieve the delivery of the project’s overall objectives to the Sponsor’s satisfaction per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery and in accordance with our SOPs, policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities

Drive clinical delivery strategy for multi-country studies; participate in bid defenses.

Develop and maintain clinical project plans (operations, recruitment, retention).

Ensure subject recruitment, site management, and data integrity per contract.

Communicate objectives and monitor performance of the clinical team.

Implement effective patient recruitment strategies, including digital outreach.
Requirements
-
Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and project management principles.
-
Mandatory: Experience in cell & gene therapy and CAR-T oncology studies.
-
Ability to plan, organize resources, and lead teams effectively.
-
Bachelor’s degree in health/science 7 years clinical research experience (or equivalent).
-
Minimum 3 years in a Clinical Lead role.
Working modality: home based
Location: Can be based in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia or Chile.
