We are recruiting a Medical Sales Representative Team Leader to lead and develop a territory‑based field team in Romania working within digestive health.

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining people management, field coaching and personal territory responsibility. You will ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across multiple territories while maintaining credibility through your own customer interactions.

Your role

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives managing defined territories across Romania
  • Coach in the field to improve call quality, territory planning and customer engagement skills
  • Ensure consistent execution of the field approach across all territories
  • Monitor territory performance, activity metrics and qualitative indicators
  • Support territory optimisation and workload balancing across the team
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to project leadership
  • Maintain responsibility for your own assigned territory and personal performance objectives
  • Ensure full compliance with Romanian regulations, industry codes and internal SOPs across the team

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified to work as a medical sales representative in Romania
  • Fluent in Romanian (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales representatives (formal or informal)
  • Strong leadership presence with a practical, supportive coaching style
  • Comfortable managing multiple territories and performance data
  • Confident working with KPIs, CRM data and performance insights
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
