We are recruiting a team of Medical Sales Representatives to join a dedicated field team working within digestive health in Romania.

This is a territory‑based role focused on building strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals across an assigned geographic area. You will represent a structured healthcare project, delivering high‑quality, compliant medical and commercial interactions with Gastroenterologists and Internal Medicine physicians, and engaging pharmacies where appropriate.

Your role

  • Take full ownership of a defined geographic territory in Romania, planning and executing all field activity
  • Build long‑term professional relationships with specialist healthcare professionals within your territory
  • Deliver clear, compliant medical and commercial discussions following structured training
  • Execute effective territory planning, balancing call frequency, coverage and call quality
  • Achieve agreed activity and performance objectives for your territory
  • Use CRM systems to plan, prioritise and document customer interactions accurately
  • Engage pharmacy stakeholders where relevant as part of the local territory strategy
  • Operate fully in line with Romanian regulations, industry codes and internal compliance standards

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified to work as a medical sales representative in Romania
  • Fluent in Romanian (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with specialist HCPs
  • Well‑organised, resilient and comfortable working independently across a territory
  • Confident using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
