Job Overview

Under guidance, manages and maintains pharmaceutical product master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability, and supports the development and enhancement of business systems to enable effective client services and internal planning, reporting, and analysis.

Essential Functions

• Performs desk research using third‑party and local market sources to enhance the completeness and accuracy of IQVIA pharmaceutical reference data.
• Creates, maintains, and governs pharmaceutical product master data in accordance with IQVIA standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Validates pharmaceutical information obtained from third‑party sources and assesses its accuracy and relevance.
• Recommends and implements changes, additions, or deletions to existing reference data based on validation results.
• Produces data files and outputs to support production processes, quality control activities, and client support requirements.
• Responds to internal and external queries related to reference data, escalating complex issues to the team leader as appropriate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or data management.
• Pharmacist license required. (Korea or U.S.)
• General knowledge of pharmaceutical industry or relevant functional area.
• Understanding of IQVIA’s data offerings preferred.
• Strong PC literacy skills including Word, Excel, Access, with an understanding of relational databases.
• Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
