Healthcare Development Manager – Smoking Cessation Maternity Cover Southwest/Midlands Field‑based
We’re recruiting a Healthcare Development Manager (maternity cover) to support growth within the smoking cessation category, working strategically across primary and secondary care.
About the role
This is a highly visible, field‑based role where you will:

Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and key influencers

Support the development and implementation of local smoking cessation initiatives

Deliver education and training to influence prescribing behaviour

Translate national guidance into impactful local programmes

Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive regional performance

ABPI qualified

Strong experience working with NHS stakeholders

Background in pharmaceutical / healthcare sales or account management

Confident presenter with excellent influencing and relationship‑building skills

Motivated, strategic, and passionate about healthcare and behaviour change
