Role Purpose:

  • Research, analyses and responds to internal client data inquiries regarding data trends, data applications, IQVIA systems, or methodologies
  • Ensure resolutions for the client data inquiries meet the timelines outlined in the Service Level Agreement
  • Performs monthly proactive analysis of key client markets and promoted products to identify potential data anomalies and data processing-related issues, and ensures appropriate corrective actions were taken
  • Analyses new product trend for onboarding to production

Job Description:

  • Assures the accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the IQVIA sales databases through input from internal and external sources, while understanding the impact of data trends and on all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifies all supplier and database exceptions through Quality Control review and/or maintenance within the file and resolves routine exceptions.
  • Ensures Service Level Agreement (SLA's) & KPI are targeted.
  • Makes daily verification supplier processing and output and applies corrections as needed.
  • Directly reports to Supervisor in Manila and have meetings with the US local office at least twice a week.
  • Ensures all maintenance performed rules and protocols.
  • Visually monitors data for any trends in the weekly client information.
  • Maintains documentation of Quality Control Procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or any Science and Technology field
  • Preferably with background in sales or data analysis and has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well with others cross functionally
  • Proven ability to achieve goals on time
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and under minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in the night shift.
