Job Overview

Under broad guidance, manages relationships with key external data suppliers in the pharmaceutical industry and supports data sourcing initiatives to ensure the quality and sustainability of IQVIA’s core data assets.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute source data sourcing strategies to support the sustainable growth of IQVIA’s core data and analytics offerings.
• Manage relationships with key data suppliers and stakeholders to ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality data supply.
• Monitor changes in the pharmaceutical distribution landscape and proactively adapt sourcing and offering strategies accordingly.
• Lead stakeholder management to mitigate data supply risks, including potential disruptions to KNDA and other critical data sources.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data sourcing opportunities such as emerging wholesalers, technology vendors, and EMR providers.
• Act as the primary coordination point between suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Support long-term business sustainability by building trust-based partnerships and delivering value-added services to strategic suppliers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical wholesaler management, supplier management, sales, marketing.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution landscape and data flows, with the ability to manage data sourcing and supplier-related initiatives is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners.
• Proactive, self-driven, and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to identify complex issues, think critically, and provide practical and effective solutions or recommendations.
