PURPOSE

• Provide the following services to the referred individuals:

Basic information about the medication/product

Proper medication management, including special considerations such as interdepartmental consultations

Provide disease education as needed

Offering emotional support as needed

EDUCATION

• RN Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required

REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a nurse

• Experience in internal medicine is preferred

• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator(CRC) is preferred

• Teaching/training experience recommended

• Demonstrates proficiency in:
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation skills (formal and informal for small groups)
• Able to:
• Travel to meet geographical territory needs
• Assimilate and learn new information quickly
• Adapt to a variety of clinical settings (HCP’s office or patient visit)
• An ideal candidate is:
• Able to function independently with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and adaptable to change

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct education sessions with patients and caregivers

• Collaborate with customers to operate patient support programs

• Work with project leaders and customers to develop and implement business goals, objectives, and marketing strategies

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS

• Under the guidance of the Project Leader/Manager, collaborate with customers to develop educational resources
• Complete all reports and written assignments in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner

TIME ALLOCATION

• Allocate time and prioritize accounts within the territory in collaboration with the customer
• Performing a balanced mix of on-site and office tasks, with work ratios flexibly adjusted based on circumstances

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent travel via automobile, train, and/or plane

• 프로젝트 리더 및 고객과 협업하여 비즈니스 목표, 전략, 마케팅 계획 수립 및 실행

• 현장 업무와 사무 업무를 균형 있게 수행하며, 업무 비율은 상황에 따라 유동적으로 조정

• 자동차, 기차 등을 이용한 빈번한 출장 가능
