• Essential Functions
• Develops and delivers detailed technology services through managed services project activities requiring specialized knowledge of IQVIA's products and technical expertise.
• Responsible for identifying additional product/services opportunities for clients and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
• Focuses on quality in all aspects of work; follows established standards of excellence.
• Supports problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
• Supports and resolves Service Requests using the incident management tool, CSM.
• Coordinates the routing and handling of Requests For Change to the next level of support under broad supervision.
• Escalates issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support.
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
• Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
