Job Title: Expert Detailing Representative (EDR) – English‑Speaking Candidates

Overview:

Our client, a global leader in Consumer Healthcare, is seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join as Expert Detailing Representatives in Senegal and Ivory Coast. The role focuses on engaging healthcare providers (HCPs), promoting key brands, and supporting digital and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct expert detailing sessions with HCPs using scientific and clinical information.
  • Engage HCPs across multiple channels (face‑to‑face, remote, email, webinars).
  • Support digital platform onboarding and encourage participation in CME activities.
  • Drive advocacy, recommendation, and product awareness within your territory.
  • Maintain strong HCP relationships and distribute medical samples where applicable.
  • Track and deliver territory KPIs and provide insights on market trends.
  • Organise and support educational meetings and ensure full compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in French for HCP interactions.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools/CRM systems (e.g., Veeva).
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to work legally in Senegal / Ivory Coast.
