What you’ll step into:
- Lead, coach and inspire a field-based sales team to exceed performance targets
- Take ownership of key accounts and build senior-level customer relationships
- Shape and implement regional sales strategies and support local business planning
- Allocate resources to maximise commercial impact and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and account teams to deliver campaigns
- Analyse performance data and share insights to drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
- Proven success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, ideally within dermatology
- A natural leader with strong coaching skills and a passion for team development
- Commercially astute with advanced account management capabilities
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google platforms
- Degree-qualified in a relevant field (medical, science, pharmaceutical)
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North
