About the role

We are expanding our LATAM near‑shore team to support US pharmaceutical clients and are looking for Senior Analysts – Managed Services to join our growing organization.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in US pharmaceutical managed care, government pricing, and gross‑to‑net calculations, who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and want to be part of a long‑term, scalable delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex rebate calculations related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it into accurate, client‑ready deliverables.

• Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across all assigned work.

• Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with consistency and attention to detail.

• Support client‑facing interactions, including responding to questions and explaining analyses when required.

• Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.

• Use internal calculation tools and advanced Excel to support analysis and reporting.

Required experience & skills

• US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.

• Strong background in one or more of the following areas:

• Managed care

• Medicaid

• Government pricing

• Gross‑to‑net calculations

• Proven experience handling complex rebate calculations.

• Advanced Excel skills (required).

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment with recurring deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience working for pharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharma clients.

• Experience with Model N or similar proprietary / competitor pricing tools.

• Prior client‑facing or stakeholder‑management experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
