About the role
We are expanding our LATAM near‑shore team to support US pharmaceutical clients and are looking for Senior Analysts – Managed Services to join our growing organization.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in US pharmaceutical managed care, government pricing, and gross‑to‑net calculations, who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and want to be part of a long‑term, scalable delivery model.
Key responsibilities

Perform complex rebate calculations related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.

Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it into accurate, client‑ready deliverables.

Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across all assigned work.

Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with consistency and attention to detail.
-
Support client‑facing interactions, including responding to questions and explaining analyses when required.

Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.
-
Use internal calculation tools and advanced Excel to support analysis and reporting.
Required experience & skills
-
US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.

Strong background in one or more of the following areas:

Managed care
-
Medicaid
-
Government pricing
-
Gross‑to‑net calculations
-
Proven experience handling complex rebate calculations.

Advanced Excel skills (required).
-
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment with recurring deadlines.
Nice to have
-
Experience working for pharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharma clients.

Experience with Model N or similar proprietary / competitor pricing tools.

Prior client‑facing or stakeholder‑management experience.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
