Job Description
As a key leader within our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization, you will shape how we attract, engage, and hire the diverse, high‑performing talent that fuels our company’s growth. Our TA function is committed to best in-class practices, modern tools, and a strong employer brand—while building long‑term strategic pipelines that elevate organizational capability.
You will be part of an integrated global talent model, working in close partnership with the broader Talent and HR ecosystem. Together, we craft talent strategies that are holistic, client‑centric, and aligned to business priorities. Your Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will serve as the strategic and operational TA leader for the North America region. You will be accountable for end‑to‑end execution excellence, delivering outstanding stakeholder experiences, and driving data‑enabled decision‑making.
You will be responsible for:
Excellence in Recruitment Execution:

Lead a high‑performing TA team to deliver timely, high‑quality, and cost‑effective hiring outcomes.

Champion diverse hiring and equitable practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Ensure recruiting processes, assessments, and tools are optimized for consistency, quality, and scalability.
Strategic Stakeholder Leadership:

Partner closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and shape talent strategies.

Cultivate strong external relationships with candidates, agencies, universities, and market influencers.

Uphold an exceptional, high‑touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
Data, Insights & Market Intelligence
-
Use data, analytics, and insights to diagnose challenges, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor market trends, talent supply, competitor activity, and compensation dynamics to influence workforce planning.

Share insights that enable better decision-making across HR and the business.
The Experience You Bring:
-
12+ years in Talent Acquisition preferred, or broader HR equivalent experience.
-
Proven leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments.
-
Strong familiarity with the asset management, investment management, or broader financial services sectors preferred—understanding niche talent pools and market dynamics.
-
Demonstrated success leading end‑to-end recruitment across corporate and technical functions.
-
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
-
Experience driving recruitment strategies using data, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
Skills & Capabilities
-
Deep expertise in TA strategies, processes, compliance, and best practices.

Extensive knowledge of ATS process flows
-
Workday experience is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for action.

Consulting and advisory skills grounded in sound judgment, influence, and persuasion.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across a global matrix environment.

Proficiency with MS Office and modern recruitment technologies.
