- Oversee operational, financial, and governance aspects of DA initiatives, including seed/co‑investment capital, pricing exceptions, fee holidays, and revenue‑sharing impacts
- Support business cases, operational integrations, and ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects to drive DA priorities
Requirements of the role:
- 5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services, with a proven record of delivering business results
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
- Exceptional judgment, ethical standards, and decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts, including articulating recommendations, tradeoffs, and risks
- Collaborative, one‑team mindset with demonstrated success working across cross‑functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Proactive, high‑impact problem solver with strong analytical skills and a focus on driving efficiency and performance
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and flexible leader willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and initiatives
