Your Team

• You’ll be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Finance group in Hyderabad.
• The team supports enterprise-wide finance operations.
• Collaboration spans across multiple finance functions — accounting, reporting, compliance, and transformation — with a strong focus on automation and standardization.
• It’s a global, multicultural setup where you’ll interact with stakeholders across geographies and business units.

Your Role

• Understand the business requirements and complete deliverables aligned with client expectations.
• Provide insights and solutions for operational and process challenges across finance functions.
• Lead training sessions and support knowledge transfer for new hires and client-driven projects.
• Drive automation initiatives (Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps) to simplify and standardize finance processes.
• Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Handle client queries and ad-hoc requests independently with professionalism.
• Identify process gaps and proactively align stakeholders to resolve them.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects under supervisor guidance.

The Experience You Bring

• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
• Hands-on expertise in automation and visualization tools:
• SQL, Alteryx (Core certification required), Tableau, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Experience with Oracle or similar financial systems.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attributes: analytical mindset, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, proactive independence, and collaborative spirit.

Academic requirements

• Commerce graduates or MBA in Finance preferred, with technical tool development experience.
• FP&A certification or fintech-related education is an added advantage.
• Alteryx Designer Core certification is mandatory.
• Power BI and Tableau certification is desirable.
