Job Description The role:We are seeking an Associate Marketer, Digital Product Marketing to join our award‑winning Digital Experience team of marketers, product managers, designers, and web producers. This role will directly influence our digital ecosystem and the outcomes we deliver for clients and the business. The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive client awareness, engagement, and acquisition. They will use customer insights to create personalized experiences that increase consideration, usage, loyalty, and advocacy across all client segments. We are looking for a hands‑on, motivated individual who can collaborate across departments to deliver innovative digital products that positively impact the bottom line.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Serve as the digital point of contact for strategic business units, supporting all go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital marketing experiences that drive transformation and delight clients.
  • Identify and champion emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance client experience and business performance.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the CMS platform and Mar Tech stack to build experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Use customer insights to create personalized digital experiences that strengthen consideration, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, UX/UI, Editorial, Content, and Web Production teams to deliver cohesive digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital experiences, including A/B and multivariate testing for continuous improvement.

Requirements of the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management; financial services or fintech experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to build client‑centric experiences.
  • Experience with analytics, Mar Tech platforms and site optimization and personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target).
  • Skilled in translating customer insights into actionable strategies, with a strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
  • Proven ability to identify emerging digital trends and apply them to enhance engagement across global markets and segments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and cross‑functional project leadership skills; thrives in agile, fast‑changing environments.
  • Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and outcome‑driven team player with a strong track record of delivery and comfort working with remote teams.
