Job Description

Your Team

In support of Invesco’s position as a leading independent global investment management company which provides a comprehensive array of enduring investment solutions for retail, institutional and high net worth clients around the world, this position is responsible for executing high-level print and electronic production while providing expert support in industry-specific programs, file management and work processes in support of the company’s client reporting initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Your Role

• Must learn and become an expert on Invesco’s current brand guidelines; ensure all the projects delivered comply with the brand standards.

• Assess project requests and ensure that all relevant information is in place to ensure the projects are delivered on time.

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders/development teams to understand the project requests and seek any clarifications required in completing the task.

• Provide strong production and post-production support for all types of communications offline and on the platform.

• Updates/revises existing materials using established file structure techniques.

• Reviews all deliverables (self/team) for layout, consistency, and brand compliance; to maintain 100% Quality during initial/all stages.

• Train and mentor, the designers on tools, illustrator graphics, and other process related activities

• Practices/maintains diligent file management/organizes and archives files according to established departmental processes.

• Ensure that all the process-related reports are updated diligently and provide monthly reports to management as requested on all the activities at team level.

The Experience You Bring

• A minimum of five years of working experience in graphic/creative design, print production; supporting multiple internal or external clients in a high-traffic design environment.

• Maintains and builds upon knowledge of industry-standard software for page layout, chart production, illustration, typography, color theory, print production process and photo manipulation.

• Expert knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Quark Xpress In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) on PC platform

• Investment industry knowledge is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and with the team; flexible to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to review/troubleshoot files and provide effective, thoughtful solutions to issues in a professional and productive manner.

• Excellent verbal and written skills: effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels across our global network.

• Team player – ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team.

• Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other opinions.

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

Academic requirements

• An Associate's degree in any stream. Five years of work experience in technical print production/page layout/file management may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
