Job Description

SUPPORT

§ Support the 24/7 Investment Operations

§ Perform Business Ready Checks for critical applications and Batch jobs

§ take necessary action on the failures and report as appropriate

§ provide L1 support for all application related incidents/task/requests

§ Perform NOC Responsibilities and Monitoring tasks

§ Actively participate in transition of work form L2 to L1

§ Complete necessary document reviews and assist in transition process

§ Perform self-access reviews as part of transition

§ Perform troubleshooting as per the knowledge articles and suggest improvements

§ Suggest ideas to improve the current process by lateral thinking and innovation

OTHER -

§ Attend scheduled meetings with Team Lead/Department/Town Hall representation

§ Become familiar with company methodologies

§ Actively participate with Team Lead in creating personal development plan

§ Provide the Team Lead with ideas to enhance or improve team processes and procedures and ensure agreed procedures are followed

§ Attend scheduled training sessions

§ Administrative activities – time sheets/compliance requests
