Job Description
About the Role
- Develop Taiwan ETF strategic marketing plan, to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with business goals and measurable.
- Implement impactful marketing campaigns to drive client demand for Invesco ETFs through all means of advertising channels (online and offline, especially on social media), social media content and events
- Work closely with ETF product team to create timely and influential marketing messages across social, email, campaigns.
- Build strong partnership with sales teams to establish joint priorities and gain alignment on strategic plans.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners across marketing, product management, legal and compliance etc.
- Constantly provide updates on industry best practices and share with the team. Proactively revisit and review to improve the total client experience of our digital assets and meet/ exceed our digital KPIs.
Requirement for the Role:
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing at ETF asset management company or financial institutions with specialism in ETF is a plus.
- Knowledge of investment products required.
- Experience working in a large company managing multiple stakeholder groups to deliver
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
- BA Degree in finance or marketing related major
- Ability to work effectively and individually with minimal supervision, and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Content marketing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Entrepreneurial, innovative and creative – able to suggest new marketing ideas to drive sales & increase client engagement
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as to handle multiple concurrent assignments, work independently, and assume personal responsibility for deliverables
- Ability to effectively manage new projects, existing maintenance, shifting priorities, and multiple tasks
- Ability to adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Self-directed and well organized; able to work with minimal supervision
- Monitor client, industry, and competitor trends to help refine product positioning and identify strategic and tactical opportunities to differentiate our solutions in a highly commoditized marketplace.
