About the team
We’re an energetic and creative performance marketing team, who work to deliver amazing customer experiences for our Quick Books users across the country. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about social media performance marketing, learning and creative problem solving. You’ll be involved at every step of the projects you're working on - from gathering insights, brainstorming, creative execution to launching awesome campaigns.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside the Staff Marketing Manager, Social Media Performance to provide any support required, while also working with cross-functional teams
- Working in various social media platforms including Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tik Tok in trafficking, reporting and optimizing campaigns with the supervision of the Staff Marketing Manager, Social Media Performance
- Reporting on paid social media ad performance, including total spends, engagements, CPA, etc.
- Providing insight on creative performance by geography, ad size and format, campaign, etc.
- Evaluating performance post-click to determine what channels/tactics provide the best quality traffic
- Providing recommendations based on campaign performance to indicate where we should be optimizing campaigns
- Gaining certifications and completing platform-specific courses (ie. Meta Blueprint)
- Present in team meetings within the Performance Marketing team as well as within the larger Marketing organization for Quick Books Canada
- Participate actively in team events, both on and offsite

- Curiosity in performance marketing strategy.
Eligibility Requirements:

Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.

A graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.

Available for a 4-month co-op work term for 40 hours per week

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
