- Develop, plan, and execute daily social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Write platform-specific, compelling social copy that reflects the Good Housekeeping voice and drives engagement
- Manage the publishing schedule and ensure timely promotion of editorial, video, and commerce initiatives
- Pitch and create original social-first content, including short-form video, Stories, and Reels
- Monitor social trends and provide timely insights and content opportunities to the editorial team
- Track performance metrics to help inform content strategy and audience development
- Engage with the Good Housekeeping community across platforms, ensuring tone, style, and standards are consistently upheld
- 4+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for compelling, on-brand visuals
- Proven experience creating short-form video for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and a deep understanding of platform best practices
- Collaborative mindset, detail-oriented approach, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced media environment
- Hybrid work schedule — this role is based in New York City and requires 4 days per week in the office

The base salary for this role is between $67,000 - $77,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
