As the Sr. Staff Product Manager for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), you will drive our transformation to an AI-native ERP platform. You will own the end-to-end (E2E) experience for our most complex customers, redefining how large-scale enterprises interact with their financial ecosystem. Your mission is to move beyond a 'system of record' toward an autonomous system of intelligence that solves core Jobs-to-Be-Done through seamless, AI-driven workflows and agents for key personas of our enterprise customer.
You will lead the strategy for a true Open Platform, ensuring that internal capabilities and third-party partners can integrate deeply into the IES core. By bridging Human Intelligence (HI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will create a personalized, high-confidence experience that scales across multi-entity environments, turning the ERP into a strategic engine for global business growth.
Responsibilities
-
Redefine First-Time Use (FTU) for the Enterprise: Lead an AI-driven setup and customization experience that delivers instant-on value for large businesses and accelerates their path to a high-quality, business-ready configuration.
-
Build a True Open Platform: Define and scale integration patterns that enable third-party partners and developers to seamlessly extend the IES experience, ensuring external data, workflows, and agents are first-class citizens within an AI-native platform.
-
Design the AI/HI Collaboration Model: Create intuitive interaction patterns that integrate human expertise and support into AI-driven workflows so users can understand, guide, and trust autonomous financial systems.
-
Adaptive Persona & Vertical Experiences: Accelerate the strategy for AI-driven tailoring by crafting a platform approach for a personalized user experience
-
Strategic E2E Roadmap: Own the rolling 12-month global roadmap for the IES platform and end to end experience, prioritizing platform extensibility, verticalization, and AI-native foundational capabilities that serve a broad range of enterprise-level use cases.
-
Drive Ecosystem Interoperability: Work cross-functionally to ensure that core ledger capabilities, Fintech services, and partner integrations function as a single, cohesive experience for the enterprise customer.
Qualifications
-
8+ years in Product Management: Proven track record of leading platform-scale transformations or building extensive API-first ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Net Suite, Shopify, or major Fin Tech platforms).
-
AI-Native Product Expert: Deep experience productizing AI/ML to solve complex data challenges, specifically in building autonomous agents, predictive insights, or intelligent categorization.
-
Platform Strategist: Extensive experience building for a developer/partner ecosystem, with a deep understanding of how to create extensible software that third parties can enhance.
-
Exceptional UX Vision: Ability to simplify enterprise complexity into intuitive, AI-assisted journeys that reduce cognitive load for high-level decision-makers.
-
Enterprise Mastery: Sophisticated understanding of large-scale business needs, including multi-entity consolidation, global compliance, and complex data governance.
-
Masterful Influencer: Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization, aligning horizontal platform teams and vertical product leads under a single AI-native vision.
-
High-Conviction Leader: Adept at using 'Inside-Out' customer insights and 'Outside-In' market shifts to drive long-term platform investments.
