You will work with a team of highly innovative, ambitious accounting experts, product managers, service experience managers, and designers to define how we will deliver benefits to customers through this partnership. The role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive product vision while maintaining strong customer focus. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven, AI-powered service.

Quick Books Live, a four-year old startup within Intuit, has become an industry-leading bookkeeping and tax services that pairs a qualified expert with small businesses who choose Quick Books. The Quickbooks Live team is transforming the expert service industry serving small businesses, with an ambition to build the world’s most trusted AI powered Expert platform. We’re early in the journey of expanding the Quick Books Live portfolio of services to connect small businesses with expertise across bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services, quickly iterating to optimize product-market fit, building a foundation to scale to additional services, and expanding to serve small businesses around the world.
Responsibilities
- Define, articulate, and communicate strategic offering vision for Quick Books Live's Tax and compliance domain
- Define and evangelize with leadership and team, long term and mid term product strategy inclusive of product features, business growth plans and capability development levers
- Partner with GTM, Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to define product features, positioning, and delivery plan
- Develop deep customer empathy through research and transform insights into innovative solutions
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with business objectives
- Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives
- Cultivate learning and experimentation culture
- Recruit, mentor, and lead product managers team
- Establish and track KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management with proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Platform mindset for scalable solutions
- Strong customer centricity
- Excellent operational acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

Bay Area California: $237,500 - 321,500
Southern California: $242,057 - 290,000
