Come join our Trust and Safety organization as a Staff Product Manager and help us ensure that our customers can trust our products, including Quickbooks, TurboTax, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma. As a Staff Product Manager, you will be working across our entire product ecosystem, with a focus on creating safer and more secure experiences for our customers. You'll need to be a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation, and you'll have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on our ability to help people be more prosperous and financially free in a safe and trustworthy manner.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product delivery for risk/fraud initiatives: strategy, roadmap, requirements, and launch.
- Lead the integration of Mailchimp with Intuit’s Trust and Safety Platform, aligning Engineering, Policy, Investigations, Data Science, Legal and Deliverability teams.
- Standardize signals, decisioning, policies, tooling, and workflows across platforms to close control gaps and eliminate duplication.
- Reduce abusive content and platform misuse by enforcing content safety features .
- Manage stakeholder communications, governance, and change management; document and train teams on new processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data use, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, preferably in Trust and Safety or identity, fraud, risk, or security.
- Knowledge of common fraud vectors, e.g., synthetic identity fraud, account opening fraud , Content Abuse.
- Strong horizontal leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for solving customer problems; deep domain expertise in complex business areas that build customer empathy and trust while minimizing friction for good customers.
- Exceptional drive with a learning mindset; curious, bold, self-aware, and humble.
- Strong analytical skills; passionate about analytics and metrics; able to develop a point of view using a data-backed approach.
- Passion for deeply understanding customer Trust and Safety needs and turning insights into a compelling vision that drives safe, trustworthy product solutions.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $155,000 - $209,500
