The Intuit Data Exchange team is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the design craft for developer experiences and build a vision around platform capabilities at Intuit Israel. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable delivering in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details and step back to connect the dots for a more strategic perspective. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate advanced fluency in integrating AI-driven tooling and automation into the design workflow—leveraging platforms such as Builder.io—to accelerate iteration, improve quality, and expand the impact of design across the organization.
Responsibilities
Serve as a masterful storyteller, able to influence a broad audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal leaders, partners, and customers.
Bring a bold vision and design strategy to life across multiple areas of the ecosystem, connecting the dots across strategies, programs, and platform initiatives to maximize impact.
Leverages industry knowledge, current trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop comprehensive and effective design strategies.
Translate complex systems and workflows into simple and efficient experiences.
Deliver design specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and AI-augmented artifacts that enable teams to rapidly evaluate solutions.
Use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcomes for multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization, resulting in others learning from you and seeking to collaborate.
Champion scalable patterns, workflows, and systems that incorporate AI assistance responsibly, ensuring outcomes that are trustworthy, inclusive, and aligned with Intuit’s design and ethical standards.
Coach other designers on design craft skills, tools, systems and best practices.
Qualifications
Four-year degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience. Graduate degree a plus
12+ years of interface design experience in delivering high-volume, high-profile or award-winning products, across multiple platforms
Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research. Seasoned in Agile development processes
Experience working in technically complex initiatives and can seamlessly marry user experiences with technical architecture.
Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles
Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use
Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to 'raise the bar' continually as an effective leader of positive change
Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level
Strong online portfolio available for viewing
English language fluency is a must
