Solutions Development and Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, TA operations, IT, and vendors to design and implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, functional specifications, and configuration guides for all Avature and ATS modules.
  • Participate in solution testing, validation, and UAT to ensure quality and accuracy prior to release.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during system upgrade cycles and release management.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and compliant with internal data security and privacy standards.

Technical Knowledge and Expertise

  • Maintain hands-on expertise in Avature configuration, workflows, templates, reports, dashboards, integrations, and automation.
  • Evaluate and implement new ATS capabilities, plug-ins, and integration enhancements in collaboration with internal IT and vendor partners.

  • Contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps, identifying dependencies, risks, and long-term system improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and document best practices for change management, configuration control, and release governance.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking

  • Act as the system SME for Avature and ATS platforms, advising business partners on optimization strategies and future-state design.
  • Mentor junior analysts and serve as a thought leader on HR technology trends and process automation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives that align recruiting technology investments with Intuit’s broader talent and operational strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with 3+ years of hands-on configuration and administration of Avature or other ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management practices.
  • Expertise in process documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
