Intuit’s Enterprise Suite is redefining financial management for mid-market businesses by combining enterprise-grade power with Intuit simplicity. As Intuit Enterprise Suite expands its footprint in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, the need for compelling, strategic content that maps our solutions to customer needs has never been greater.

As the Principal Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Communications (Marcomms), you’ll be the strategic storyteller behind how we communicate Intuit’s enterprise value - translating innovation into narratives that resonate with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Teams.

You’ll own the content and communications strategy that drives enterprise engagement, crafting materials that fuel sales, influence analysts, and position Intuit as the trusted partner for growing businesses. This is a high impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure our marketing is data-driven, customer-centric, and competitive.

Responsibilities

  • Drive integrated marketing point of view, leveraging deep audience insights and B2B expertise to inform channel strategy, from existing channels to new ones like events, partners, and influencer ecosystems.

  • Develop and execute the content strategy for Intuit Enterprise Suite, ensuring alignment with Mid-Market customer needs.

  • Create high-impact marketing and sales assets - including executive decks, one-pagers, roadmap presentations, and thought leadership content.

  • Craft executive-level content for analyst briefings, enterprise sales meetings, and top-to-top customer discussions.

  • Own and evolve key narratives that differentiate Intuit Enterprise Suite in the ERP landscape.

  • Use data and insights to shape content strategy and highlight customer outcomes and innovation.

  • Scale messaging consistency across teams and channels through playbooks, templates, and enablement assets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or thought leadership for B2B SaaS, ERP, or financial technology.

  • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex product and financial concepts into accessible, engaging content.

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level messaging strategies and scaling them across teams.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with cross-functional influence in matrixed organizations.

  • A data-driven mindset with experience using insights to refine messaging and content performance.

  • Familiarity with the Mid-Market ERP or financial management space is a plus.
