Customers tell us often that they know how to run their business but struggle with accounting and how to track and understand their financials. Our team exists to solve this problem, being the source of truth for all existing and potential customers to answer these critical questions, find the right product and help them get the most out of the QuickBooks ecosystem for their business. 

Today, our QuickBooks Learn & Support site is the destination for nearly 4M people who use our knowledge and product expertise here 60M times every year, globally.  

To help lead the next chapter we are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the growth of AI powered discoverability and experiences that help deliver even more for our customers and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Define vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across our products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to develop working relationships with senior end executive leaders across Intuit
• Raises the bar for PM talent on the team through mentorship and coaching of other PMs on tactical execution and strategy.
• Identifies new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices.
• Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role with a proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact.
• Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
• Technical Product Management experience working with engineering. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus.
• Excels at driving, with agency, prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making.
• Energized by working across multiple partnerships and strong influencing skills.
• Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field. An MBA is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: 

Bay Area California: $196,500 - $266,000

Southern California: $179,000 - $242,500
